I ordered the wrong one, can I exchange it?
Yes, you can exchange just provide your order information in the comment section along with what you'd like to replace it with!
I requested a refund, but where is my money?
It takes 5-7 business days for a refund to get processed and appear on your account.

What happens if it breaks during shipping?
Accidents happen and the records are fragile. Send us an email including a picture of the broken piece and will have one shipped out to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
